Work with sub-contractors and engineers to supply 24 hour service during the peak/critical times of a power station outage.
Solution
- During power station outages we work closely with sub-contractors to manufacture and service parts as needed.
- We problem solve to achieve positive outcomes, with some items needing machining process that haven’t been required before.
- Each outage includes high pressure deadlines to produce critical items with high tolerance.
- We maintain QA documentation for full tracability, to satisfy sub-contractor and end user quality requirements.
- We offer machining solutions to unforeseen issues during critical stages of the outage.
- We do our best to assist sub-contractors and engineers however we can to help the outage program stay on track.
