Scope of work
Duplicate part as per broken sample.
No drawings were available, and an urgent turnaround was required.
Solution
The replacement part was made within the tight deadline by:
- using the broken sample for dimensions and programmed into our 3D mill.
- working with the client to establish what material would be best suited for the manufacture of the new component.
With the dimensions and program kept on file, the same part can now be supplied as needed.
We were able to provide a solution that fitted our clients needs in quick turnaround time.
